She has worked in independent beauty salons in West Sussex. Developing her skills tailored to wedding services. Penelope has worked with leading makeup specialists such as Kristina Gasperas Makeup academy.
Penelope is passionate about all elements of her work, ensuring you are in the most competent and caring of hands.
